ar66 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ar66 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using the ar66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as our related privacy policy.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ar66. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform or services. ar66 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
The ar66 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use our services in Malaysia.

Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ar66 at any time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact ar66 customer support immediately.
Account suspension and closure policy
Ar66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice where there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, breach of terms or suspicious activity. Funds remaining in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ar66 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX online banking, TNG eWallet and other local payment options listed on the platform.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the required identity verification procedures, and processing times may take up to three to five business days depending on the method used.
Ar66 does not cover any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate. ar66 is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information or third-party technical issues.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, commit fraud or process unauthorised transactions will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
User Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability
Users are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through their account. This includes ensuring that use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
Using the ar66 platform for money laundering, fraud, submission of false information or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Ar66 limitation of liability
Ar66 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures or processing errors beyond our control.
- Using another person's account without authorisation
- Making fraudulent or manipulative transactions
- Using automated software or bots
- Engaging in money laundering
- Sharing or selling your account to a third party
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Copyright and intellectual property
All content on the ar66 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the exclusive property of ar66 or its respective licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying or exploiting any such content without prior written consent from ar66 is strictly prohibited.
The ar66 brand name, logo and all associated trademarks are registered intellectual property. Unauthorised use may result in civil or criminal legal action.
Third-party links and services
The ar66 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that ar66 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites.
Ar66 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services accessed through our platform. Users are encouraged to read each third party's terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ar66 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes or user interests. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the ar66 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to that jurisdiction.
If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as the law permits, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
